Engineering, Design, & CAD

Engineers create the future and make our life easier and more efficient. Some of the greatest advancements in modern society have been achieved thanks to ingenuity of engineers. Engineers design bridges, cars, products, buildings, and more. The high-paying, high-demand engineering field is still growing. Students who become proficient in basic engineering concepts, design skills, and a variety of CAD software have an advantage on their college and job applications.

Program Description

Students who successfully complete this program learn to think like an engineer, design creatively, and create a blueprint using CAD software on state-of-the-industry computers. Students also learn to use advanced engineering and architectural software packages such as AutoCAD, Inventor, NX, and CATIA.

To Be Successful

Successful students in this program usually have strong academics, team work skills, and have the ability to problem solve and think creatively.
