Last week our Hospitality students had a special treat! Guest Chef, Jake Graf, joined us in the kitchen to demonstrate how to make Chicken Parmesan!

He walked us through important ServSafe food safety procedures while modeling the steps, and then each student got the chance to prepare their very own Chicken Parm.

Hands-on learning, food safety in action, and a delicious end result — that’s what Hospitality is all about!
