Today, our very own PREP student, Taylor Sword, had the opportunity to participate in a job shadowing experience in cardiac sonography. She was beaming with excitement as she explored this career field and gained valuable hands-on insight into the profession.

Today, a few of our programs came together for a special Miracle Meadows Christmas Field Trip. Students met Santa and Mrs. Claus, received thoughtful handmade gifts, decorated cookies, and explored a live animal nativity. The day was designed for students to enjoy each experience at their own pace, with plenty of hands-on moments and meaningful connections. A truly memorable holiday experience for all.

Christmas at Prep 🎄❤️ Our girls and babies were blessed with beautiful handmade bookshelves built by Tech Center Residential Construction and Nursing Prep students, and wagons overflowing with books, toys and clothes donated by our amazing school and community. So much generosity, creativity, and love poured into this day.
Project SEARCH was invited to participate with the Lenawee ISD Secondary Transition Fair at the LISD TECH Center on December 11th. This is an event organized by the LISD Secondary Transition Coordinator for the purpose of providing access to community resources that can aid individuals with living as independently as possible after high school.

Project SEARCH had the privilege of attending the Align Workforce Development & East Adrian Community Coalition Christmas Movie Night on December 12th. Project SEARCH and its community partners will continue to foster opportunities for advancement in Lenawee County. Community leadership may have also recruited a local up and coming baker, who specializes in creating confections that cater to folks with food allergies. Stay Tuned!
