Meet Meggan, LISD Early Mathematics Specialist, who is part of a statewide 23h Early Mathematics grant program along with Lenawee partner Hudson Area Schools. Her focused attention and the Tiger professional's efforts have already shown positive outcomes!

Awesome day at MiSTEM Region 2 Ten 80 Race event held at UofM MCity today. It was fantastic to see Middle and High Schoolers from Clinton, Hudson, and Sand Creek compete today. Plus shout out to some Tecumseh MS teachers for checking it out to hopefully bring to their students.

🎉 Congratulations to the 23 LISD TECH Center students who were honored at this week’s Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Pinning Ceremony! Held on campus April 15, the ceremony recognized the hard work, compassion, and commitment of students from across Lenawee County as they step into the healthcare field. Earlier this year, an additional 28 students from the Nursing Prep Program were celebrated at a similar event. We’re throwing it back to the late 90s—when puka shell necklaces were in, dial-up was the norm, and one hardworking accounting student was crunching numbers on a boxed screen computer. 📚💾 Fast forward to today, and that familiar face just might be walking the halls of Blissfield Community Schools 👀📚 With Tax Day right around the corner, we figured it was the perfect time to spotlight this numbers whiz from the past!

Our preschool classroom staff have officially completed the five-part Pyramid Model (Early Childhood PBIS) training! We’re excited to move forward with full implementation for the 2025-2026 school year. Get ready for even more intentional support for social-emotional development and positive behavior in our classrooms!

✨ Celebrating Excellence at LISD TECH Center! On April 3, we proudly inducted a remarkable group of students into the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) in not one, but TWO ceremonies—AM & PM—because of the incredible turnout! New members were welcomed, seniors were honored, and families celebrated over refreshments.
