☕🍰🎭 Coffee, Cakes & Comedy is almost here...
Did you grab your tickets yet? 👀
Expect laughs, treats, and a whole lot of improv fun from our talented JC/LISD Academy students! Don’t miss it!

Today we cried, we laughed, and then we laughed some more. Our seniors brought the wisdom, the memories, and the gratitude—and totally stole the show.
They dropped advice for future students, gave shoutouts to the people who made an impact, and we took a walk down memory lane with an epic slideshow. Their teachers, counselors, and staff were all in their feels watching it unfold.
We seriously can’t believe how close we are to graduation. This crew of six is something special—check out a few photos from today's Senior Celebration.

🌲👟She’s got hiking boots and leadership chops—Happy Principal’s Day to Kim Dusseau! 👟🌲
Kim might love her time up north, but around here she’s the heartbeat of the Academy. Whether she’s supporting staff, guiding students, or juggling her many roles with ease, Kim shows up with positivity, heart, and a whole lot of dedication.
As one staff member said, “Her hard work and support for us as educators does not go unnoticed.” Another shared, “Kim’s heroic efforts have produced tangible results!” And we all agree with this one: “She’s helped make the Academy such a positive and uplifting place to be.”
Thanks, Kim, for going above and beyond every day. We’re lucky to have you leading the way!
