Lenawee Intermediate School District is a progressive Intermediate state agency which coordinates educational activities between the State of Michigan and its assigned region of 11 local member school districts in Lenawee County. As a progressive agency, LISD looks to progressive vendors to offer innovative products and services which LISD can coordinate and consolidate cost effectively to its member districts. Vendors that have innovative products that can be scaled into this environment are encouraged to respond to these Requests for Proposals.

LISD looks forward to forging partnerships and offering educational opportunities which are leading edge and deserving of its students and the new millennium environment which they will face.

RFP - Absence Management System and Automated Time Tracking System

Issue Date: Thursday, April 16, 2026

Due Date: Thursday, May 28, 2026, on or before 3:00 PM, EST 

The Lenawee Intermediate School District (LISD), located in Adrian, Michigan, seeks proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of an absence management system and an automated employee time tracking system.

All proposals must be submitted to Linda Blohm, Director of Purchasing, via email to Linda.Blohm@lisd.us. Proposals and all supporting/required information should be identified as “Absence management and automated time tracking systems”.

Proposals must be received by LISD at or before 3:00 P.M., May 28, 2026, local time. Proposals received after the deadline may be disqualified and not considered further at the sole discretion of LISD.

Questions and Addenda: Please direct all questions regarding this request for proposals to Linda Blohm via email at Linda.Blohm@lisd.us. Questions will only be addressed via email so that responses can be shared with all interested parties in the form of addenda to the RFP. If you wish to receive a copy of the addenda published, please email Linda.Blohm@lisd.us requesting such. Questions must be submitted for response no later than three (3) business days before the response deadline. Questions received after that time may not be answered at the discretion of the LISD.

RFP - Audio/Visual Classroom Technology

All bids must be submitted to Brian Sunderman, Director of Information Technology, 1372 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI 49221, or via email to Brian.Sunderman@lisd.us. Bids and all supporting/required information should be identified as “Audio/Visual Classroom Technology.” Bids must be received by LISD at or before 11:00 AM, April 16, 2026. Proposals received after the deadline may be disqualified and not considered further at the sole discretion of LISD.
