I am excited to begin my new role here at the TECH Center, bringing with me a strong foundation in both education and the service industry. For the past nine years I’ve worked as a Special Education Teacher Assistant, supporting students in a variety of classroom and community job settings. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence, life skills, and independence as they prepare for real-world employment.
Alongside my experience in education, I’ve spent the last nine years working in the bar and restaurant industry. My time as a bartender and waitress has given me hands-on knowledge of customer service, time management, teamwork, and professionalism. All skills I look forward to passing on to my students in a supportive, structured environment.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my eight-year-old daughter, who keeps life fun and adventurous. I also enjoy golfing and being outdoors whenever I can.
In my classroom, students will be encouraged to take pride in their work, grow through practice, and discover their strengths. I look forward to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and skill-building space for everyone.
