
Lenawee County Reading Clinic
The Lenawee County Reading Clinic, hosted by the LISD, is offering a FREE 5-session summer tutoring program for students exiting kindergarten through second grade who could use a boost in reading skills.
Location: Porter Education Center (2946 Sutton Rd., Adrian, MI)
Dates: June 17 and June 22–26
Time: 8:30–9:30 AM or 9:30–10:30 AM (final time will be assigned after registration)
Lenawee County educators will be using proven, research-based strategies to help students grow in confidence and reading ability. The program is open to all interested families, but space is limited and families must commit to all five sessions and provide their own transportation.

LCRC Cohort 8 for Educators
Strengthen your literacy instruction through the Lenawee County Reading Clinic (LCRC) Cohort 8. This hands-on professional learning experience equips educators with practical, evidence-based strategies rooted in the Science of Reading, helping bridge the gap between research and classroom practice. Participants will deepen their understanding of foundational reading skills while applying what they learn through authentic tutoring experiences with students. Whether you're a classroom teacher, literacy coach, special educator, or instructional support staff, LCRC offers an opportunity to grow your impact on student reading success.
