Project Unify students hold their first Arctic Splash

A new event, Arctic Splash,  was started by a group of Project Unify students at Adrian High School who wanted to participate in a pool focused event. At a student meeting, thoughts and ideas were exchanged, and the students came up with a smaller, localized version they are calling Arctic Splash.  LISD Moderately Cognitively impaired students participated in the planning meetings, did fundraising, collected and counted money, AND jumped. The money raised will help fund Unified Sports at Adrian High School and a scholarship for a graduating senior that has participated in Project Unify during their high school years.
