CEMaT Assistive Technology
The Lenawee Intermediate School District works in partnership with local schools, students, families, and community agencies to provide necessary assistive technology tools and services. This ensures that students with disabilities have equal opportunities for a free, appropriate, public education.
Assistive Technology Consideration -
Assistive Technology is
defined by law as “technology designed to be utilized in an assistive
technology device or assistive technology service”. It is
used to enable students with impairments to be participating and
contributing members of society. |
